Laerk is a senior at Boston University, majoring in Computer Science & Economics. On the Platform Governance Research Lab team, Laerk contributes as a Sprint Lead and software developer to develop and deploy an online digital marketplace involving direct human-to-human interactions, empowering individuals to buy and sell with one another in unfamiliar environments. He ensures timely completion and steady progress by managing team members' tasks and progress. He has a passion for research and exploring new ideas to expand his knowledge in computer science and economics.
In addition, Laerk also serves as a Product Manager at the non-profit Hack4Impact chapter at Boston University, where Laerk works to help Latin American communities in the Boston area connect with one another, develop their businesses, and thrive. Furthermore, Laerk serves as the Vice President of the Albanian student association at BU, contributing to the growth and development of the Greater Boston Albanian community.
