Seamus Dallman

Bio

Séamus is a Computer Science student at Boston University, expected class of 2026, with a Minor in Philosophy. He has experience in software development, where he is working towards creating an interactive simulation to study misinformation as a Research Project Developer here at the Platform Governace Research Lab. Additional responsibilities include maintaining this website. Séamus has also interned at BU’s IS&T Research Computing Services, where he helped validate and ensure the integrity of research software.

In addition to his academic pursuits, Séamus is a dedicated athlete, competing as for Boston University’s Men’s Rowing team.

Outside of academics and sports, Séamus has a background in music, having performed as a violinist with the Phillips Academy Amadeus Chamber Orchestra and the New England Conservatory Preparatory School. He enjoys travel, outdoor activities, and cycling.
